That metallic scratching is hard to take. Wonder why Bobby’s so fond of it.? In the last few years of the Grateful Dead, Bobby used the fuss box to excess, imho, such a contrast within otherwise a beautiful song . For instance, lazy river road. One would think with a nine piece band behind you, one would need the extra sound of metal clanking to fill out the song. That said I do like Bobby scratch for the most part.
