Speaking of hills, I just drove through West Virginia and there are so many hills. I was surprise to see a couple of Pagan motorcycle gang members. It looked like something from the 70s with their denim vests and patches. Never knew they were still around.

While the film was shot in Austria, the Von Trapp family eventually settled in Stowe Vermont which looks like the background on the above picture.

Stowe VT is amazing. Best skiing in the north east IMO, and outstanding fly fishing.
Fish are rising up like birds.

When I was at UVM Stowe had a student midweek season pass for $100.00, set my class schedule for Monday Wednesday Friday and ski Tuesday and Thursday, you could see Mount Mansfield from my dorm room, 5th floor Mason.
