Shows: 11
Flown: 10400
Driven: 500+
Experiences: 11
TN: 3 so lame
Flag pics: 3
Dew: 3 best was probably Shoreline
Dark Star: 3 best was Foxboro
Terrapins: 4 best was Gorge
Best opener: tie Eyes at Foxboro and Scarlet at Boulder
Best Sound: Bristow
Best show: tie Shoreline nite 2 Boulder nite 2
Bristow is not going to get much recognition in this tour. No Dew, no Dark Star, no bustouts ...really a rather understated set list. But, the sound was great and the crowd vibe, my wife and I both agreed, was easily the best of the 5 shows we saw. We really, really enjoyed the general vibe and experience of that show.
Yes!!! The vibe. It was awesome. I loved the Gorge too but I had so many friends. But I vote Bristow as the best vibe. The pit was awesome. Now the dance party in the back of Folsom was pretty damn good too.
As was the dance party up front at Folsom.
Kind Hearted Strangers w/ two other bands, 11/16 (Boulder)
The Last Waltz Revisited, 11/22 (Boulder)
Dead Floyd, 12/20 (Boulder)
Turkuaz , 12/31 (Boulder)

Yes yes and yes. I was upfront with my son, friend and girlfriend for the first set. Dance party there. But I wanted the full on movement experience for the 2nd set so went to the back so I could have a dance space 50 , 50 instead 4 x 4. Lol. I love dancing though and around people. So much energy.

But the whole place was rocking. The bowl was as loud as any place the whole tour that I went to. Fun to listen to them sing.

That area behind the second row of speakers on the field was a perfect mix of loud dead music and space to dance! I was there for the speedway and man did we have room to boogie. Heaven!
