PSA For Folsom Field After Shows

Hope all is well in the nation. Post shows are as follows. Friday the 13th has a Herbie Hancock tribute. Saturday the 14th has a band called the "TMNS". Both shows are comprised of partial bands from the area, with "special guests" each show. They
expect to be sold out both nights, by months end. My total cost was $48 for both shows. A short, + scenic walk from venue to venue

Boulder is such a cool city. One of these days I hope to make it out there for a D&C show

And Shakedown Street is playing an after show party at the Boulder Theater on Friday the 13th. The GD show they will be performing is the 7/13/76 show from the Orpheum. A gem of a show. One of my faves . A mere $7. I will be dumping my Hancock tribute band ticket at the Fox from the same night. And Boom Box is at the Boulder Theater the next (Saturday) night. Peace

Hmmmm...not sure I can dump the wife, son, and father-in-law to go party Friday night. But, you've made a strong case that I should try! I kid, I kid.

By the way, there may or may not be someone with a big sign about it being someone's 75th birthday on Saturday night in Boulder. If there is, that's us. It's my wife's dad's 75th that day and we'll be a-partyin!

I was hoping an A'bear show would pop up in Boulder
Shame the main aftershow I'm interested in has to be out of town.
Not sure how much I care for the other aftershows near by.
Decent stuff, but I dunno I really wanna go out of my way for after a full show to crash at another I don't totally care for.
Kinda the sorta thing I wish I could decide last second on but by then I'd guess it may be too late to snag a ticket.
May or may not snag a Shakedown Street ticket to have the option.

On a side note,
Tenth Mountain Division is doing a free show at the Lazy Dog in Boulder that Saturday night
Cycles Friday if that's your kinda thing

Addendum: Papi Mali, + former(?) Timbuk 3 drummer Wally Ingram will also be (playing) with Shakedown Street on 7/13. Didn't the latter play with Bobby + Phil earlier this year?

Yep, Wally played on the Bob and Phil tour earlier this year.
