I listened to the "longest-ever" Playin from 5/21/74 Seattle last night, and one of my friends made this observation: "they play a song and then just go off in all different directions, and then the singer gives a 3 minute warning to start wrapping it up and get ready to go into the next song"....I said yeah, pretty much.

This Playin, at 46 minutes long, is very enjoyable.

The end of the Europe 72 begins with 5/23/72 London. This version of Mr. Charlie is on Europe 72, there seems to be an almost-Mountain Jam in the opening jam of Dark Star (about 2 minutes in), and check out the penultimate Sittin' on Top of the World!

Happy Memorial Day, TN! I found this and have never listened before. 5/28/82 SF, which was a Vietnam Veterans benefit. Short show, but with Airto Moreira, Flora Purim, Boz Skaggs, and John Cippolina.
