Well done, Nancy! Your kindness will enrich both yours and Gretchen's lives with love and joy.

Here's hoping for another "Fetchin' Gretchen" in our world. (I was reminded of the Merry Prankster name.)

All the best to you and your sweetie.

If you take your dog to the lake she can become Gretchen fetchin the slime queen.
I'd like to find the proper potion
That's gonna capture your emotion

You are a saint counting stars :D
I went walking out last summer
Trying to find a breath of air
I went walking on the mountain
A friend had told me I'd find you there

Thanks so much everyone. Gretchen is doing great. Her coat is the most notable difference - getting an undercoat, topcoat growing, and getting soft (from lots of petting, lol). She has put on some weight. I'll post a photo in a little bit, to show her progress. Still a lot of ribs and hip bones showing. Filling out is most noticeable in her face, haunches and rump. Getting some muscle tone.

:bigheart :bigheart :grouphug :terrapinnation!

YAY. The coat is one of the keys. When I rescued my tuxedo kitty last year he felt like sandpaper. Now he feels like silk. Hmmmmm, maybe that could be a good song........ :jumpeveryone
