The Severe Heat warnings are out even here in the North Country. Going to hit 90's today and probably 100 tomorrow, along with a healthy dose of humidity. Stay cool out there, folks, let's hear it for air conditioned couch parties!! :doh

Someone remind me to bump this in January when I'm griping about snow!!

PacNW weather is perfect for a couple nights of D&C this weekend. High around 80 and low in the upper 50s. Gonna be a beautiful weekend!

I'M SO FREAKIN EXCITED TO SEE THE BOYS! :rockon :dance :jumpclap :cheer: :woo :bears2 :colorwave

It was 83 at 5am. But it's a dry heat. At least it's still snowing cottonwood

DC is looking at 9 consecutive 90 plus degree days with high humidity 70 dew point, reminiscent of 1986 RFK Dylan wearing black leather and Jerry slipping into a coma two days later.

Well, it's a record heat wave and apparently the energy grid couldn't handle it because we've been without power for 2 hours now. This place is getting hot, and not in a good way. Glad it's not a show night, at least! :doh

Please keep your fingers crossed for me that it comes back on tonight. :crossed

Add- It was a miracle post, power just came back! :jumpclap

I thought we had weather problems yesterday, but turns out the big story was a couple hundred miles north in the Upper Peninsula. My b-i-l, who posts here as Stranger, ran into some of the biggest hail I've ever seen. These pics are by Lake Superior yesterday, where luckily the hail had just fallen when when Stranger got there, and he and his wife didn't have to drive through it.
