We have a new family of foxes in the back yard! The den went empty last year and we thought it was inactive again this year, but Dave just got a nice surprise birthday present when this little guy poked his head out. Love our bit of the wild kingdom! :sunshine :geek:

Last night at the Tony Awards, Melody Herzfeld, the drama teacher at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, who barricaded 65 students in her classroom during the shooting there, was presented with the Tony's annual award for Excellence in Theatre Education. Then her students performed Seasons of Love from Rent (love this song!). As a former drama club geek, I thought this was pretty incredible for both the teacher and the kids. A huge standing ovation to everyone involved with this!! :clap :clap :clap

"We all have a common energy. We all want the same thing – we cannot deny it – to be heard, to hit our mark, to tell our truth, to make a difference. We teach this every day in every arts class." --Melody Herzfeld
